I work close to home and would like someone in the home to help with the 3 year old while I work. (in the summer months the 5 year old would need someone to help him too...although other children can help) My husband, Eric, travels during the week (Monday through Friday) so having an extra person in the home to help me would be wonderful! Also, in the evenings, a few of the older children play soccer so I would like having someone in the home so I do not have to take the two little ones out late at night. Light housekeeping would include keeping the play area tidy and getting lunch for the 3 year old. Housecleaning, laundry, etc will be done by me. We want someone who will enjoy a large family and doesn't mind noise and craziness! :) Someone laid back, friendly and fun preferred!
