There are several reasons, why I would love to work as an Au Pair: First, because I would like to improve my English, secondly I love kids and spending time with them, thirdly I think I would be a really good Au Pair, because I already have 10 years of experience with nephews and babysitting in general and I studied pedagogics and as I already live by myself, I know how to take care of the household... And last but not least, I think at the age of 25, I am old enough to understand the responsibility and will take this job seriously. I would love to become part of an au pair family and share some of their family experiences (especially traditional holidays like Christmas but also every day life). References I will graduate from University in November, getting a master of education and want to improve my language skills. I love children (that's why I want to become a teacher for secondary schools) and I am really looking forward to this experience. I live in my own apartment, so I know how to manage a household and I have lots of experience caring for my godchild and other children as well. In 2008 I spent a term in Ireland, so I already have experience living abroad. I could help your kids with their homework (even French, Latin, Ancient Greek etc.) or teach them how to sail. I could also care for grandparents as I have attended my grandmother for months until she passed away. I am not allergic so pets wouldn't be a problem.
