I am studying in my second year of college at Farmingdale State University. I am considering a major in early childhood education with a minor in global studies. I love traveling and learning new cultures. In 2006 I traveled to Nicaragua where I lived with a host family in a rural village. For two weeks I helped the village build a school for their children. It was the best experience of my life. I'm a very dedicated and loving person. I am certified in first aid and CPR. I worked as a volunteer rescue member of the fire department for almost four years, so I have a pretty good knowledge of emergency situations. **I am willing to take care of pets (I have 5 dogs, 1 cat, 1 parrot, 1 fish and a hedgehog!) I can cook basic meals. I will clean, do dishes, water plants, do laundry, whatever you need!
